Who this is
This website and the services described on it belong to Good Hypnotherapy LLC, the practice of Eugene Berezin, MS, SUDPT, RHt, a Washington State licensed Registered Hypnotherapist (#HYPN.HP.70073119), 915 E Spruce St, Seattle, WA 98122.
What the service is, and is not
I provide clinical hypnotherapy. It is not psychotherapy, not medical care and not addiction treatment, and it does not replace any of them. Nothing on this site diagnoses or treats a condition, and I don't guarantee any outcome. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 or call 911. Never stop or change prescribed treatment without talking to your prescriber.
Becoming a client
Work starts after you complete the intake and consent forms and I confirm that what you are bringing is something I work with. I screen for the things hypnotherapy is not the right tool for, and I will tell you if that is the case and where to go instead.
Sessions, payment and cancellations
Sessions are online by video. The fee is $250 for 60 minutes, paid when you book. Intensives and packages are priced on the sessions and prices page. I don't bill insurance. You can use an HSA or FSA card, and I can give you a superbill; reimbursement is up to your plan. 24 hours' notice to reschedule without charge. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. Real emergencies are handled like adults.
If you pay privately and don't use insurance, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of what the work will cost.
Recordings
The recordings I make for you are for your personal use. Please don't share or resell them. Don't listen to them while driving or doing anything that needs your attention.

The writing here is general information in my own words, not advice for your situation. Articles are mine; please don't republish them without asking. Links to other sites are there because they are useful, not because I vouch for everything on them. How your information is handled is in the privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. If any part of them cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Questions go through the contact page.
