The fastest way to start is the appointment request form. You send a request, I reply within one to two business days with a few forms and a link to book.

Sessions are online by video, from Seattle, across the US and internationally. You don't need to be in Washington.
- Monday–Friday: 2–10 PM
- Saturday–Sunday: 10 AM–6 PM
Pacific time. These are the hours I answer the phone and reply to requests. Session times are inside this window, early mornings by arrangement.
If I don't pick up, I'm in a session. Leave a message with your name and the best time to call back, and nothing about why you're calling if you'd rather not say it on voicemail.
- I read it and reply within one to two business days.
- You get a short intake and consent form through SimplePractice, the secure platform I use for everything clinical. It takes about ten minutes.
- You get a link to book your first session and pay. $250 for 60 minutes. HSA and FSA cards work, and I can give you a superbill.
- If it can't wait, say so in the request. I can usually see you this week.
