Three-day intensive
$1,500/ three days
Hypnotherapy and co-regulation over three consecutive days. For calendars that cannot hold a weekly hour, and for weeks where something is actually happening.
- Three consecutive days, ~3 hours each
- Day one: map it and get out of alarm
- Day two: the deep work
- Day three: consolidate and build what you keep
- Your own recordings plus a written summary
- One at a time — dates reserved on payment

Deep work
$5,000/ three months
Not a month of the same sessions. Longer sessions, integration as its own session, and you can reach me between them. For founders who would rather deal with this properly than an hour at a time.
- 90-minute deep work sessions, not the standard 60
- Dedicated integration sessions, where the clinical work meets your decisions
- You can reach me between sessions, directly — not through a portal
- Extra sessions when you need them, at no additional charge
- Recordings rebuilt as the work moves
- Runs for three months, agreed before we start

Lifestyle hypnotherapy: what I actually mean by it
Most people think of hypnotherapy as something you do for a problem. You have a phobia, you get six sessions, it goes, you leave.
That is a legitimate use and it is not the one most founders need.
What founders need is somewhere to put the week down. An hour that belongs to you, where nothing is being asked of you, no decision is waiting, and nobody needs you to be the one holding it together. Not a treatment episode. A standing part of how you run your life, the way you would treat sleep or training — which is why I call it lifestyle hypnotherapy.
The clinical work happens inside that. But the frame matters, because founders who treat this as a problem to be fixed tend to stop the moment the acute thing eases, and then arrive back eighteen months later with the same nervous system and a worse year behind them.
Why weekly, specifically
Four reasons, and I want them to make sense to you rather than being a policy.
- The gap is where the pattern rebuilds. A nervous system that has run hot for two years re-establishes that baseline quickly. Weekly is close enough together that each session starts from the last one rather than from scratch.
- It is the dose the evidence actually uses. The controlled trials showing real stress reduction ran weekly sessions over several weeks. Research on hypnosis for anxiety and sleep uses courses, not single appointments.
- Regulation is a skill, and skills need reps. The recording between sessions is the practice; the session is where it gets built and corrected.
- It is the only hour nobody can move. That sounds trivial. For a founder whose calendar is entirely other people's priorities, having one fixed hour a week that is yours turns out to do real work on its own.
Most people run six to eight weeks, then move to fortnightly or monthly. Some keep the weekly hour indefinitely because it has become the thing that makes the rest work.
What we work on
- Sleep and the 3am wake-ups. First to move, usually.
- The always-on hum — the state your family experiences as you being absent while physically present.
- The swing. Unhooking your sense of yourself from a number that moves weekly.
- Your relationship, and specifically the pattern where the business escalates and your partner does not, so he loses by default every single time.
- Anxiety that looks like competence — the hardest kind to catch, because it gets rewarded.
- Payroll fear, including in people whose numbers are objectively fine.
- Clarity — the capacity to see your own positioning without stress distorting it.
The three-day intensive
If weekly genuinely does not fit your life, or if something is happening now — a sale, a launch, a separation, a collapse — three consecutive days does in one week what weekly does in two months.
Three days, roughly three hours a day, online. Day one maps what is actually happening and gets your system down out of alarm. Day two is the deep work — the pattern, the part of you that believes stopping is dangerous, the relationship. Day three consolidates it and builds what you leave with, including your own recordings.
Co-regulation is the piece people ask about. Your nervous system settles in the presence of a settled one; that is not a metaphor, it is how the system works. Over three days of sustained contact, that does something a scattered hour cannot. It is also why I keep these small and do not run more than one at a time.
What the deep work engagement actually is
It is not a month of the same hypnotherapy at a higher price, and I want to be precise about the difference, because at this number you are entitled to precision.
The sessions are longer. Ninety minutes rather than sixty. That is not a bigger portion of the same thing — it changes what is possible in the room. An hour is enough to work on something. Ninety minutes is enough to go somewhere, stay there, and come back properly, which is where the work on identity and the deeper patterns actually happens.
Integration gets its own session. Everywhere else on this site I say plainly that this is not business coaching, and I mean it. Here is the one place the two are deliberately joined — because if your positioning is muddy from exhaustion, treating those as separate problems makes both slower.
You can reach me between sessions. Directly — not through a portal or a support inbox. The reason is practical: the bad days do not wait for your appointment, and two weeks of sitting with something undoes a lot of the work.
Extra sessions when you need them carry no extra charge. That is the part people ask about, so plainly: if something happens in week six, we add a session. You should not be working out whether you can afford help in the week you most need it. It runs for three months, so we both know where it ends.
It is not for most people and I would rather say so than sell it. If you are not currently running something with real stakes, the weekly hour will serve you better and cost a fraction as much.
What the evidence actually supports
I would rather you had the honest version than a persuasive one.
- Anxiety — strong. A meta-analysis of 17 trials found the average person treated with hypnosis improved more than about 84% of untreated controls, with effects holding at follow-up.
- Sleep — good. Hypnotherapy for insomnia produces meaningful improvements in sleep efficiency.
- Stress — moderate, with caveats. Controlled trials show reductions; the reviewers also say the study quality needs to improve.
- Business performance — no evidence. There is no research showing hypnotherapy improves job performance, and Harvard researchers have said so explicitly. My argument that a regulated founder thinks more clearly is reasoning from practice. Judge it as such.
- It works better combined than as a stand-alone — which is why integration and coaching sit alongside it rather than after it.
What this is not
Not business coaching — I will not price your offer or review your funnel here. Not psychotherapy, not medical care. If drinking has become how you come down at night, say so in the request; it changes what I would recommend and I would rather know early.
Sessions, intensives and money
Why is it called lifestyle hypnotherapy?
Because for founders it works best as a standing part of how you run your life rather than a course of treatment you finish. One hour a week that belongs to you, where nothing is being asked of you. The clinical work happens inside that frame.
Three prices. Which one?
Weekly if your life can hold a fixed hour and nothing is on fire. The three-day intensive if it cannot, or if something is happening now — that is where most founders start. Deep work only if you are running something with real stakes and want longer sessions and to be able to reach me in between. If you are unsure, ask me and I will tell you honestly, including when the cheapest option is the right one.
Weekly or the intensive — which?
Weekly if your life can hold a fixed hour and nothing is on fire. The intensive if your calendar genuinely cannot, or if something is happening now: a sale, a launch, a separation. Some people do the intensive and then go weekly afterwards.
What exactly do I get for the intensive?
Three consecutive days, around three hours each, one to one online, plus personalised recordings built from your own sessions and a written summary of what we found and what to keep doing. Paid in full to reserve the dates, since I do not run another alongside it.
Do you offer packages for the weekly sessions?
No, deliberately. One session at a time, cancel whenever. I would rather you stayed because it is working than because you prepaid.
Can I switch between the two?
Yes, and plenty do. A common pattern is an intensive to break the back of something, then weekly to hold it, then fortnightly.
Do you take insurance?
No — private pay. HSA and FSA cards usually work and I can provide a superbill, though hypnotherapy coverage is not guaranteed.
Not sure this is for you? That is a fine place to start.
Send a request and tell me what is actually going on. I reply within one to two business days with your intake paperwork and a secure link to pay and pick your time. No payment is taken at the request stage, and if I am not the right person for this I will say so and point you somewhere better.
Requests go to a secure, HIPAA-compliant SimplePractice form — no payment is taken there. Sessions are held online by video, worldwide.
